Ink Cartridge replacement problem with windows 10

I cant do any ink cartridge replacement in windows 10 ONLY.

As photo attached.

May i know how to solve it?

Hi tokochi103,

Welcome to the Forum.

If you are using the latest Windows 10 Creator Version 1703, OS Build 15063.250, then:
  • Click Start > Settings > Update & security
  • Now in left pane click Troubleshoot
  • Now in right pane click on Printer and click Run the troubleshooter

If you are still on Version 1607 then:
(Note: This will also work on Windows 10 Creator, Version 1703, OS Build 15063.250)
  • Press windows key + S key together to give focus to search/Cortana field
  • In the search/Cortana field type Control
  • In the search results click on Control Panel
  • Click on Hardware and Sound

  • Now click on Printer and when the troubleshooting box opens click Next

If the trouble shooting does not improve the situation, you may need to update drivers for your printer, or simply uninstall and re-install what you all ready have.
