Inherit share permissions from parent folder Windows 10 PRO

I have a parent folder with configured share permissions that I use to smbv2 to a box to watch remotely. The problem im having, when i add a file to the parent folder share permissions are not inherited automatically. I need to add the permission manually to mirror the parent folder for the new file to be viewed remotely. Is there a way for any file transferred into the shared folder to auto inherit its share permissions?
