Inactive Touch Screen

Since updating from Windows 8 to 10 I have lost the Touch Screen from my Toshiba Ultrabook. I have searched for Pen and Touch Info but the option is not listed.

I have read the Forum from 2015 where this seemed to be a common problem and the general advice was that a driver update was in the pipeline.

I what this option back!

Have you made use of the built in troubleshooting app?

• Press Windows key and S key to give focus to Search
• Type troubleshooting then select Troubleshooting app
• In window that opens, on left pane click on View all
• Now select Hardware & Devices
• When this troubleshoot opens click Next and follow steps

Not successful.

Need to identify Pen and Touch Ap which is not listed under Device Manager/Human Interface Devices.

How do I retrieve this ap?
