Improve memory usage

I was wondering if there is a list for Windows 10 of services that are not needed for a normal user (internet, word, video games).

Yes.... I believe that list was formerly referred to as "Windows 7" :)

Seriously, a website called Black Viper always does a workup of Windows services and makes suggestions as to alternate settings that you might consider, although I've personally rarely ever actually employed them for more than a day or two, as a form of test just to see if they help performance overall.
