Hi Geradline,

How are you attempting to import the files from SG card?

The logical method I assume would be to:

• Connect device with SG card to computer
• Open File Explorer
• Right-click on the Device with SG card
• Select Import Photos and Videos option
• Then move to folder you want them sent to
• I've not done this in a while but if memory serves me correctly you can also choose to Organize Photos and Videos which may help in selecting specific items you want off the card.
