SOLVED Image Resizing

Hello,
I have some pics and images need to be resized to fit in a specific on line form, I tried to do that using MS Paint but I failed. Can someone help please?

works for me in paint

open image in paint,
click on resize,
resize to the size you want,
click File - click Save - to overwrite the original image as the new size
click File - click Save as - to keep the original image & add the resized image with a new name
(IE:: Test Image, Save overwrites it, Save as Test Image 01 keeps the original Test Image & gives you a reduced Test Image 01)
