If I upgrade to Windows 10 then downgrade back to 7, can I upgrade to Windows 10 later?

My sister accidentally upgraded to windows 10 and is afraid of going back. I've tried to convince her that windows 10 is better, but she won't listen to me. Would she still have her reserved copy if she downgrades to windows 7? I've searched around a little bit but I haven't found anything relevant.
