Does anyone know if this problem has been resolved? I encountered the same problem on 2 W10 installs on 2 different PCs. The resolution in one case was to reinstall W8.1 from a USB. In the second case I had to do a Reset on W10. Both of these "recovery" processes took many hours to get my PCs back to where they were before the problem occurred. A Microsoft chat rep told me this was a known problem during a support session on the second failure. I would like to install W10 again, but only if the problem has been fixed. Thanks.
