Icons not lining up correctly since latest update

since the last update, icons onthe right side of my screen arent going all he way over like they used too - ive tried messing with the scaling - icon size - and other things - the only to get them lined up correctly is to turn off the "align icons to grid" option - then i can move them wherever i want - but before, i could just drag and drop them and they would be all the way over just like on the left side - any ideas ? i included a screen shot -

Remotehugger Hi! Have you checked that allow Themes to change icons isn't checked OFF? Go to > Settings > Personalization > Desktop Icon settings.
