Every time Windows has an update, the icloud calendar sync (with Outlook on my PC) stops working. The way I fix this is to close Outlook, sign-out of icloud (on the icloud panel), sign back in - waiting for everything to load again - and then start Outlook again. I'm glad I can fix it, but I feel like I'm doing this every couple of days and it's driving me crazy. Is there something I can do to stop this happening? A setting somewhere that I can change?
