iCloud Contacts and Calendar disappeared after Windows 10 update

I have lost my Contacts and Calendar for iCloud since the last Windows Update version 1607.
I get an error message clicking on those:

"It is not possible to open the folders. It is not possible to open the Information archive"

What can I do, I have re-installed the iCloud app.
