I just deleted narrator from my poc

What happens when removing included features, those that came with Windows, is that they may come back at a future Version Upgrade and/or Build updates to those as in resetting Windows to a default state. Just retain the how-to in case it has to be done again.

It probably did not mess up your computer, just that it may come back/be reinstalled.

The MCT is a process to download the .iso file used to create a DVD+/-R disc or the bootable USB Thumb drive useful for installing/reinstalling. There are some recovery/repair steps available in Settings.

Only downside of using it is it's not fully up-to-date and the latest updates that will need to be done.
