i have problems firing up the computer

when I shut down and hit the power button my computer fires up, but then I have to hit the power button again after the screen turns black on me

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Sounds like a powercfg issue with some setting for sleep or hibernate or hybrid.
Maybe look into that and see if you can sort through it.
