When I turn on my pc this dialogue appear on screen & this is not fix and delete

All I could find about this "TWUNK003.exe" points to a Trojan downloader. Since the message says that the shortcut is no longer valid I would simply delete it. However I would sincerely recommend to scan your computer for malware. I definitely would never "FIX it"...
