Hello,
I have a Dell Windows 10 laptop. I just used Ookla Speedtest to check my internet connection speed. It showed Ping - 85. I do not know what that means. Can someone explain what that means to me?
It is basically saying hi to a specific server and getting a response back. It is the amount of time taken to get the response. While it is not the best. It is far from bad.
My question would be why your download is less than half your upload rate. That usually means you are not getting the rated download you are meant to. Until we finally got fiber. Our download rate was always about ten times higher than the upload. Now that we are on fiber our download and upload rates are equal.
