SOLVED I get an error trying to receive email messages

I use OEClassic for my email. I can send email messages OK but when I try to receive them I get this error:

I uninstalled the Windows Update KB5005033 that was installed last night, but that didn't affect the error. I have the latest update of OEClassic.

HELP?

Have you tried to delete the account and then reset it up again?

Have you tried turning off SSL to see if this allows you to receive?

Try setting up the account using imap for the incoming server With 993 as the port number.
