Hi atiu,

what are you using, a laptop, PC or Tablet?. Have you tried "Troubleshoot" in Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot?. ;)

What version of windows are you using? This was a recurrent problem with older versions of Windows.
If 1903 then check in the download hisory if you have KB4515384
for ver 1909 KB4532695t

Better answer is to upgrade to the later version - unless you already have done so?
