I can't share wifi from my PC using Virtual Routers

Hello Everyone,

I upgraded my both DELL and LENOVO laptops to windows 10 on the first day it became available for free upgrade. I also installed all my drivers which I used for win 8.1. But when I tried to share internet by some virtual routers, it says "Wireless card does not support hotspot creation". I also tried to share this using CMD. It says "The hosted network couldn't be started. The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation." Now what should I do?

My laptop models are LENOVO G40-70 and DELL 5442. I need some urgent help regarding this issue.
