Can anyone help me fix this because the quality is really bad and i would love if someone could help

Sounds like (pun intended) your headset sound quality is poor. Perhaps you need to update your drivers. Go to devise manager and try to update them there first. In Audio inputs and outputs, it should appear as speakers. If you are unsure, unplug the headset and speakers will disappear.

I'm wondering if there is a distinction between your "Headphones" and your "Headset".
It would appear to be the same device only, of course the Headset would also include the Mic.
Can you adjust the quality for playback if you select the "Headphones" rather than the "Headset"

I just plugged my headphones into my pc and in playback devices I see... I am listening to the BT-032A headphones but it says speakers. I can not switch to headphones or headset.
