Since apparently your printer is working fine except for emails and browser printing, that would suggest that there is perhaps an issue with your email client and the browser that you're using.
Can you tell us which mail client and browser you are having these issues with?

I am using Sky e-mail (yahoo) and edge (Bing)

Have you tried printing from your webmail using Internet Explorer?
