I can not complete updates

i'm talking about:
2024-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5037768)
2024-05 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 (KB5038285)

my pc can complete just 9%, and then it coudn't go further and had to restore all the changes it made
