I am having trouble with a microsoft program loading correctly with windows 10. It is (Microsoft flight simulator deluxe edition).

The program loads to the computer but it doesn't put a place to start the program on my desktop. I have checked for it to add one but nothing there. I can bring up files that are on the computer but I have no idea how to start it. I looked for an exe file but did not fine one. Does anyone know how I could start the program? What file would have the exe file in it?
