Hi,
My HP TouchSmart 7320 is stuck on the “Press the ESC button for the setup menu” screen after a regular restart. The keyboard and mouse aren’t responding, whether connected to different ports or using other devices.
I thought it might be an HDD issue, so I replaced it, but I still can’t get past the setup menu due to the unresponsive peripherals. All ports seem fine when tested with a multimeter.
