SOLVED How to unzip a file in Windows

[BEH]

I have a file - TDExpress15.10.0.7_Sles11_40GB_vp.7z. I need to unzip it... I've looked at the file extension and default app list
and don't see anything for .7z which I guess is not surprising. I can't see any way to extract the imbedded files so,
does anyone have any suggestions / advice for this ?

There is a utility called 7-zip....

Other utilities may open them also but if Windows can open them it should give you the option in the Right Click menu.
