How to turn off just the message "Metered Connection" in Windows 10

Live in a rural area and have to set my computer to Metered Connection because of data limits. Everything is working but would like to get rid of the annoying "Metered Connection Warning" message but keep the computer set to Metered Connection. Any suggestions?

open Settings > System > Notification & actions and switch off what you don't want:
