Physically, you'd need each machine to has a licenced Windows 10 Pro or Enterprise installation.
Also, the host computer would need a tonne of ram, because a RDP connection uses around 200MB of ram if not more.
The only way you could do this, would to majorly modify the RDPWrapper files built into the Windows OS, and my guess is that would involve a breach of the Microsoft Licence Agreement, which potentially could see you sued in court, or in some countries potentially face jail time.
My advice, build your own network, and don't go down the path of illicit activities - especially here in our Forum which would be a breech of the TOS here!
