There is no direct way to import MBOX to Exchange Online account. First, you need to convert the MBOX file into PST format, and then upload it using Microsoft’s Network Upload method. This process involves using Azure Storage, creating a mapping file, and working through the Microsoft 365 Compliance Center. It’s a bit technical and may be difficult for beginners.

A much easier and safer option is to use Advik MBOX Converter Software. This tool directly imports MBOX files into Exchange without any complicated steps. It keeps your email folders, attachments, and formatting intact. You can also transfer multiple MBOX files at once.

Steps to Move MBOX to Exchange:

1. Open the software and add your MBOX file.

2. Select the folders you want to move.

3. Choose Exchange Server as the output option.

4. Enter your Exchange account login details.

5. Click Convert to start the process.

That’s it! Your MBOX emails will be safely moved to your Exchange mailbox.

Importing MBOX files into an Exchange Online account cannot be done directly. The MBOX file must first be converted to PST format before being uploaded via Microsoft's Network Upload feature. Creating a mapping file, utilizing Azure Storage, and navigating the Microsoft 365 Compliance Center are all steps in this procedure. Beginners may find it challenging because it is rather technical. Using the BLR MBOX Converter Software is a simpler and safer solution. This utility imports MBOX files into Exchange immediately, eliminating the need for further processes. It preserves the layout, attachments, and folders in your emails. Additionally, you may move many MBOX files simultaneously.
