How to measure speed of an active upload

I took out a subscription to IDrive to back up 3 computers......Started my first backup....Desktop with about 440 Gb.......
Backup is still running after some 14 hours....

My ISP connection is 650 up and 650 down.......plenty fast....

Is there any way I can measure the upload speed of an active upload stream...???
I want to see how fast this backup is running....

Hope I'm making sense...

Easiest way would be to use the Windows own performance meter. Open your task manager, then click on performance.
Click on Wifi and you will see your throughput (upload and download)..
