How to fix mouse cursor teleporting to other monitor

I use a dual monitor setup, and I often notice my mouse cursor suddenly jumping to the bottom left corner of my second monitor, which is positioned to the left. This occurs more frequently when I attempt to move the mouse from the left monitor to the right one.
