How to fix Blue screen and buzzing sound

For the past few weeks, I've been getting blue screens. Sometimes my laptop just lags and becomes unresponsive but blue screens are more common. Even more, when I try to turn on my laptop, the power lights come on, but the screen remains black and I don't see the startup screen. The last blue screen alsocame with a buzzing noise from the laptop.
I already have the latest version of Windows and my drivers installed.
Can you please help me with this?

What error code does the Blue screen give you as well as what caused it ? It usually shows on the screen.
