How to enable alert for screenshots?

Before, I would press the windows + print key on the keyboard and it could be heard and seen when it took a screenshot. Now you can't hear anything, you can't see anything, but if I go to the images folder, I find the printscreens there. How do I fix this? I tried the same thing on YouTube and it doesn't want anything.

If I use PrtScn key I get nothing visible nor anything in Pictures or Screenshots folder. If I use WinKey + PrtScrn I get a very quick dimming of the screen and the image is found in the folder. For both functions I can Paste into Paint. No sound effect.

I don't bother, it's so fast a flash as not be troublesome and gives an indication the process worked.

When I want to take a screenshot, I have to press "FN"+ right "SHIFT" (that is where the prtscn is located on my keyboard) which will automatically open the editor.
Winkey + prtscn does not do anything on my pc

On my Win10 and Win11 and using WinKey + PrtScn keys I get a momentary dimming flash then normal view, opening Paint and Paste puts the screenshot in it. From there it can be saved or edited.
