I’m dealing with CrowdStrike recovery issues on several laptops that don’t have the "Startup Settings" option available. I’ve tried various methods to access these settings without success. I can select Command Prompt, which gives me an x:\ drive, but I can't access the C:\ where the CrowdStrike folder is located. I’ve also tried mounting the drive in Command Prompt, but it doesn’t recognize or list the local drives. Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
