How to change the shortcut switching between keyboard inputs?

After updating from Window 8.1 I did not discover my additional language. So I added manually additional language and have only one option to switch keyboards "Win"+"Space".
My wife's windows 10 after updating from Windows 7 left that untouched as it was "Ctrl"+"Shft".
How to change the shortcut switching between keyboard inputs from "Win"+"Space" to "Ctrl"+"Shft"?
