Hi all,
the title says it all, just follow the next few steps to apply the font size you want.
Open Settings > Ease of access > Display > Make text bigger.
Adjust the slider to the desired font size and don't forget to click on "Apply":

It may be difficult to see the difference in the pics above but it is much easier on my eyes at least.
