How to change administrator?

I need help to add myself as administrator.

 

[Trouble]

You will first have to be logged into the computer as a user, who is already a member of the local Administrators Group, in order to make the adjustment to your account.
Then you can use the User Accounts applet in the Control Panel to "Manage another account" select the account and "Change the account type" from Standard to Administrator
