How to Add Paint 3D to the "Open With" Menu Choices in Windows Explorer for Windows 10

I’m trying to add Paint 3D to the "Open with" menu in Windows Explorer for Windows 10. Currently, when I right-click on a .JPG or .PNG file, Paint 3D doesn’t show up in the list of available apps, even after selecting "Choose another app," "More apps," and scrolling down. However, Paint 3D does appear in the Start Menu listing of all programs.
