How do i set a download location in Google chrome

Hi i have just got windows 10 working and when i downloaded some apps in Google chrome i was not able to chose the download location.

Is this possible please

Sure.
Open Chrome, click the hamburger menu top right corner three lines atop each other and choose settings.
Bottom of that page link "Show advanced settings"
Scroll down a little more now to the "Downloads" section and choose / change the location and tick the check box to "Ask where to save each file before downloading".
