My HP Omen O15 has a lot of issues right now. Here’s the situation:

I started having random clicking problems with my laptop while typing or playing games. I followed a community post that instructed me to use a Windows shortcut (which I don’t remember) to disable all Windows services. After doing that, I couldn't log in because I didn’t remember my password and couldn’t use my PIN due to the disabled services.

I attempted solutions from community posts but was blocked because I needed the password to access Command Prompt. I also couldn’t create an administrator account because I was locked out.

Five days ago, I took my laptop to Mobile Klinik, where they:
- Created a new administrator account with a usable password.
- Disconnected the trackpad, resolving the clicking issue.
- Cleaned the interior and semi-cleaned the exterior of the laptop.
While these fixes helped, I still face issues because I disabled all Windows services. These include:

Not being able to access the internet (no icon appears in the bottom right).
Not being able to access settings (right-clicking the Windows icon does nothing).
Issues with left-clicking the Windows and Messages icons.
I want to restore my laptop for personal use and am open to resetting the computer, creating a new account, or other solutions. My main concerns are:

Restoring all Windows services.
Regaining internet access.
Accessing Microsoft Services (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Optionally, recovering the account for which I lost the password.
I have a shortcut folder in the new administrator account that references my personal account. I’m eager to fix these issues and avoid turning my $2,700 laptop into a coaster.

Thank you in advance for any help!
