Hi, as a result of a problem signing in via Solitaire Collection, I uninstalled Solitaire collection, re-installed Windows 10 then re-installed Solitaire collection. I had previously paid for the premium version; when I try and upgrade to premium, I am advised to uninstall then to re-install from the store but can find no way to load anything other than the standard version and although the system recognises that I 'own' the collection there seems to be no way to get it to apply the premium benefits I have paid for and I keep getting very annoying adverts! Help please!

Welcome to the Forum.
I'm not a gamer but something you could try is to use the Reset option for the app.
On your computer click Start > Settings > Apps then scroll down and click on the solitaire and select:
Advanced > Reset
