How can I get back my Recovery [D.] or Recovery partition in Windows?

Good Morning Sir/Madam,

How can I get back my Recovery D. or Recovery partition? It was accidentally remove on my laptop. Can you help me how to get it back without recovery media on my laptop and I didn't save it to any disc or flash drive.. thanks

If you formatted that partition, there isn't a way.

when you first got your laptop, did you make the "recovery" disk set? if so run that and it will put the machine back to what it was when you got it incl drive D.

But if you do that save your personal stuff or make a backup image of drive C, that way you can still keep D and recover your C as it is the way you have it setup now, once you do a full recovery (set laptop back to factory) with the disk set, "IF you made one".
