I keep encountering the following error when trying to boot up Monster Hunter World on Steam: "Fatal Error: Error3: Failed to Initialize DirectX11." This issue only occurs with Monster Hunter World and not with any other games.
Here's what I’ve tried so far:
Uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice
Ran sfc /scannow in an admin command prompt
Rolled back a Windows update
Reinstalled my graphics driver
Checked and adjusted the game’s config preset to ensure DirectX12 was enabled
Despite these efforts, the game still won't launch. The only recent change I've made is starting to use OBS for streaming, but I can’t identify any other potential causes.
Any guidance on additional steps to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated, as I’m out of my comfort zone and want to avoid causing further problems.
