High CPU usage on startup after some update

hi there, with one of the recent windows updates, there's a service which is high in use, basically what he's saying here

One suggestion I've seen is to set CDP services to manual. Right click Start. Left Click Computer Management. Left click Services and Applications. Left click Services. Scroll down to Connected Devices Platform Service and right click. Select Properties. Change startup type to Manual.

it seems to have worked, I did that + yesterday there was the monthly update. thanks!
