Hey Cortana Not Working

Hey Cortana not working. It works if I select the microphone.
Everything turned non and went through the voice recognition.

Cortana is off by default. Make sure you have enable Cortana before you can use this feature. And I have found that with almost every new build, the sound settings have to be rechecked and adjusted. Rebooting helps.

Thanks. Cortana is turned on, and all of my other programs work fine using the mic.
She does answer if I click on the mic.
I have went through the voice training several times.
Rebooting always.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

There is an option to let Cortana hear you when you say "Hey Cortana".. I assume you have that selected?

There may still be something else you need to do, make sure you did not stop the setup early.
