Help - Trouble rolling back to Windows 7

When trying to roll back to Windows 7 I get the error below that I must delete the Administrator account before I can proceed. Of course that cannot be done. And of course I did not create this default account. Does anyone know how to get around this?

Did you at some point, enable the hidden Administrator's account and log on as that user, thereby creating a profile folder in C:\Users?
