I tried everything; but the thing is, it won't even load. Every single time I turn it on it doesn't load it just says "automatic repair" , or the text doesn't even appear. I'm so frustrated. My pc is brand new, and I have an hp monitor. This problem has never happened until today, and I've been trying to fix it for 4 hours. I urgently need help. How do I fix it?? How to I get it to even load the troubleshooter or allow me to fully reset my computer? Keep in mind, this is a new pc, and the only think I have on it is the game overwatch! I don't know what to do at all.

Also, when I get to the screen that says "automatic repair" the lights on my mouse and keyboard shut off and I can't click on anything or press any button.

Hi RaeY,

if you have nothing at all on the PC, do a fresh complete install, you should have a recovery partition on a new PC?, what make and model?.

See also the 2nd part here about creating a USB stick if you don't have a recovery partition:

How do I do a fresh complete install..? I can't even get past the "Preparing Automatic Repair" screen

Hello and welcome to the forum.
My pc is brand new
As @Wolfie is suggesting, IF you provide some details as to what your "pc" is, we might be able to give a more detailed response.

Many new PCs including laptops come with a factory restore partition which you can use to restore your computer to factory fresh condition.
You will need to contact the manufacturer to determine how you might employ this feature (if possible) on a computer that will not boot into the operating system.
They may also have factory recovery media which they may be able to supply (generally free of charge or a very nominal fee) if you contact them.

Failing that you will at least need another working computer to download the installation media that you can use to boot your system and attempt further troubleshooting or a clean install.
