GVLK organisation

Hi
I recently left an organisation and purchased my dell laptop before I left. Since then it is asking me to activate windows 10 enterprise which I can’t because it has a GVLK license. I’ve tried a new license but it still wants to connect to the organisations server which I don’t have access to.
How to I get around this? Do I have to reinstall a new version of windows 10? Will this remove all administrative setting from the organisation?

Our church was given a few Notebooks and the only way to make them usable was a clean install of Win7 then Upgrade to Win10, they work fine. The issue with them was disconnecting from the companies network without first removing from/logging out of the Server, kept wanting to "run home to mama" to verify use.
