Goodday Folks:

This is my first post on this forum and I'm sure you will just as helpful as the responders were in Windows 7 forums.
My question is: how do I get rid of that piece of garbage Groove music?

You can open PowerShell (as Admin) and in the power shell window you can type
Get-AppxPackage *zunemusic* | Remove-AppxPackage
OR
You can use this little program which I have used with some success.
