Groove Player loads Empty

The player just loads empty , white in colour with a few lines
I looked in search for threads regarding groove player but didn't see anything solved. Any ideas why this is happening & how to fix it? Everything is updated & windows store is as well ,I also tried the troubleshooting.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Would you mind taking a few minutes to create a second user account on your computer, as a member of the local administrator's group (not a standard user).
Log off from your account and log on as the new user you just created and test to see if the app works on the new profile.
This might indicate that the problem is not your computer, Windows 10 or the App, but.....
Is unique and specific to your user profile.

Nope.
Didn't even know that there was such a thing as a subscription.
Mine works or seems to work basically the same as media player for music files on my computer, but of course it's App Store centric so in that respect it's a bit more like iTunes.
