Grand kids did it to my Lenovo

They were over for a visit and played with my Lenovo(win10) notebook and managed to change PW and username and maybe email address. Who knows what else too. So... I can't get in or recover password? So my question, since nothing important I keep on it, how do I get in ore reset to factory?

Start the notebook and when the Windows logo appears, press and hold the power button until the computer shuts down. Do this twice and the third time the computer should boot into the recovery environment.
