SOLVED games orange tint and double image

After i upgraded i get a orange tint over all my games and a double image that is red and blue on all characters, i have no idea what is causing this problem and i would love help.. if anyone needs any further information i will reply as fast as i can

Check windows updates and see if there are any updates pending that need to be installed.

You may also need an updated driver for your GPU.
